To drive the spirit of mutual cooperation

Intelligent Connections Partners™ must:

• In dealings with Intelligent Connections™ and other Intelligent Connections™ Partners, act in accordance with the core values of the Intelligent Connections Network, being honesty, integrity, transparency and mutual co-operation;
• Communicate potential business opportunities to other Intelligent Connections Partners and provide Intelligent Connections™ Partners with a reasonable opportunity to tender for business opportunities where appropriate; 
• Seek to develop mutually supportive relationships; when interacting with other Intelligent Connections Partners 
• Support other Partners through regular attendance at Intelligent Connections™ Collaborations and VIP events.
• Provide basic feedback on the quality of Inter-Partner Transactions; and
• Respect an Intelligent Connections™ Partners right to defer contracts or make a decision in the best interests of its business. 

Intelligent Connections™ Partners must not:

• Be involved in anything which may impair or prejudicially affect the reputation and corporate image of the Intelligent Connections™, another Intelligent Connections™ Partner; or
• Make any assumption on behalf of Intelligent Connections™ or any Intelligent Connections™ Partner in relation to potential outcomes.
• Disclose or reveal any commercially sensitive information from participating in Intelligent Connections™ activities without the express permission of Intelligent Connections™ or the other Partners involved in that activity.
