Jeremy Ellett

A highly experienced senior leader, Jeremy has over 16 years of  Management experience  in Marketing, Product, Finance, and Project roles in leading global and Australian companies. His diverse B2B & B2C experience includes product development at Wattyl, leading Direct Marketing & collaborative alliances at BRW Magazine, & leading and managing various product & market portfolios, driving substantial profit growth and value innovation across products & services at GE Money.

With a Masters of Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and skills in Quality Management, Jeremy brings high commercial acumen & execution ability to the team. With an excellent track record of  identifying new ideas and opportunities, translating them into real actions and driving the actual outcomes that deliver strong growth.

Matthew Cohen

Matthew is a senior executive with a background in assisting and developing start-ups and new venture creation at both corporate and small-medium enterprise (SME) level. His experience includes commercial banking at Westpac and strategy consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Cap Gemini for both international and domestic clients. Recently Matthew has been involved in the launch of a new online wealth management business and the restructuring / turnaround of a property advisory business.

Joe Malerba

A highly experienced senior Business/IT executive with 25 years of management and consulting experience in major organizations including: Telstra, PwC, IBM, ANZ, Westpac, SMS Consulting and Fonterra.  Joe’s extensive experience includes Business Development, Sales Coaching, Solution Design, Project Management, Business Transformation, Process Re-engineering and Financial Management.  His particular strengths are around, stakeholder management, solution delivery, building relationships and driving positive change.  He is passionate about team success and creating value through partnerships.

Paul Salmon

‘The Big Fish’ has enjoyed a football, media and business career spanning 24 years, earning him a reputation as a leader in the community. His football skills saw him play 324 AFL games and become a three time All Australian, at Hawthorn he was a dual Best & Fairest and member of their ‘Team of the Century’. As a ‘Bomber’ he was a dual Premiership player and member of the ‘Champions of Essendon’, he is a Life Member of both Essendon and the AFL.

His media skills have lead to him being a regular on Channel 9’s ‘Midday Show’ and ‘The Footy Show’ as well as co-host of Channel 7’s ‘Sportsworld’ and a football commentator for Triple M radio. He currently appears on ‘The Back Page’ for Fox Sports. Paul carries with him 24 years of business management experience and expertise in business to business marketing and relationship management.

Giulia Gencarelli

Giulia Gencarelli joins the team at Intelligent Connections after working in the Entertainment Industry for almost 10 years. Giulia’s experience involves event and talent management, along with production and show co-ordination.  She has been involved with the marketing and promotion of several companies and has contributed to their growth and success. Along with extensive experience in events and entertainment, Giulia has a diploma in Event Management and brings to Intelligent Connections a creative flair and a sound knowledge in organising and co-ordination.

Jamie Thomsen

Having earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship, Jamie has made her home in Australia. Her experience in a variety of small businesses makes her a valuable office all-rounder and provides excellent support for Intelligent Connections.
