Why don’t you work on commission? There are a number of reasons we don’t operate on a commission basis:

Maintains focus on maximising outcomes for your business to your goals, across sales, cost reduction, asset utilisation and employee benefits. Operating under a commission would narrow the output to only a sales focus, on the biggest return to Intelligent Connections™ as opposed to the best value outcomes for our partners. At the same time discouraging extra value creation.

No ‘hidden’ costs to our Partners.

Integrity. Partner to Partner openness, trust, and accessibility in interactions within the Intelligent Connections™ group is core to our success. When an idea or interaction is raised, it is recommended because it is of value for our Partners.

Even ‘playing field’ for all Partners.

Share success – we like our Partners to simply communicate success as opposed to calculating how much commission would be owed.

Partner to Partner value unattainable anywhere else. No margins added from Intelligent Connections in interactions or in the Exclusive Buying Group. This means that the full value offered by Partners for other Partners and their employees is not ‘diluted’.

Are there any ‘hidden’ fees? There are no extra fees. All services described under Intelligent Connections™ are covered by your annual Partnership levy.

Why do I pay an Annual Partner Levy upfront? Partners pay an Annual Partner Levy upfront to protect our existing Partners in the spirit of Mutual cooperation. It would be disruptive for our existing Partners to have new Brands join with a low commitment to the mutually cooperative framework.

Why is it a 12 month levy, can I join for 6 months? No. We need time to work with you, being respectful of our other Partners requirements, to get you to the right people to discuss the right topic for the right outcomes. Less time would reduce the value potential for you and other Partners.
Can I access the buying group without being a Partner employee? No, the only way you can access the buying group is by being a Partner employee. If your business is not a Partner, consider the value of being able to access (and sell through) the exclusive Buying Group to your business and employees. It is the simplest and most cost effective ‘instant’ employee benefits program available.

How do Intelligent Connections™ make money? Simple, our revenue is the number of Partners by the Annual Partner Levy. That’s it. Therefore delivering valuable interactions for our Partners is our primary focus.

Will my sensitive business information remain private? All information shared is treated as Commercial in Confidence. Whilst we need to understand your business in order for you to maximise benefit within Intelligent Connections™ interactions, we do not disclose any information, unless you give us specific prior permission to do so.

How frequent are Connections and Collaborations? In order to ensure relevant outcomes and to optimise interactions between the Partners without impacting on our Partner’s time, the average is around two Connections a month. Collaborations are run every three / four weeks and most Partners participate in three to six Collaborations over the 12 month period.

Do Partners need to invest a lot of extra time to participate? No. One of the key principles of intelligent Connections™ is that it exists to help our Partners achieve more with less. Our interactions are specifically designed to save time, not add time.

Do I have to travel to meetings all the time? No. Intelligent Connections™ utilises online and conferencing collaboration technology in addition to face to face meetings. Venue Partners are also engaged (at no cost to Partners) for most key Collaborations.

How much does it cost to be a Partner? Our annual Partner levy is less than a single-page ad in any leading publication. It is simply the most cost-effective and innovative way to help achieve your objectives.

Is there any IT investment required to participate in the Exclusive Buying Group? No. The Exclusive Buying Group is a Web based application requiring no build, maintenance or security from your organisation. To access the offers, your employees simply log-in through Intelligent Connections™ or a URL link directly from your intranet. Sales and fulfilment use an easily updatable offer template, email notification, and a unique, secure log-in for your organisation to access relevant sales information.
